These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the beon.live website and any services we provide (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

1. Who we are

2. The Service

beon.live provides live-streaming and video-CDN infrastructure — including WebRTC and LL-HLS delivery, SRT/WHIP/RTMP ingest, ABR transcoding, VOD recording and signed-URL access control — deployed as regional infrastructure tuned to a customer’s audience. The website also hosts a pre-recorded demo stream and informational content. Specific commercial terms (scope, regions, SLAs, pricing) for paid engagements are agreed separately in a written order or agreement.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree not to:

4. Accounts and access

Where the Service requires credentials or signed URLs, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your access. Notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.

5. Pricing and payment

Pricing shown on the website is indicative. The Growth plan is billed as a monthly minimum plus per-GB egress, with volume discounts; Dedicated pricing is co-designed per customer. Final pricing, billing cycle, taxes and payment terms are set out in your order or agreement. Indicative figures may change; agreed pricing changes only as provided in your agreement.

6. Service availability and support

We work to keep the Service reliable but, unless a specific Service Level Agreement is agreed in writing (typically with Dedicated customers), the Service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis without an uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practicable.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, the website, our software, brand and documentation. These Terms grant you no ownership — only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as agreed. You retain all rights in your own content; you grant us only the limited rights needed to ingest, process, deliver, record and store it to provide the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service and website rely on third-party providers (hosting, fonts, analytics). Their components are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, beon.live will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, where no fees were paid, a nominal sum). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold beon.live harmless from claims, damages and costs arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be completed], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of [jurisdiction to be completed] have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms
